- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆horrible customer service. We took a third party check into the main branch from a wind storm. PNC tells us 3 to 5 day turn around to get signature from PNC!!! It has been 10 days now and still no one at PNC can find the check.WOW great customer service. WHEN we did a refi 3 yrs ago they said two weeks, it was three months!!!!By Steve Arquitt, January 09, 2017
