- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rather than run through my play by play in the Central Ave. UPS store, I would like to theorize that more folks tried to leave single star reviews, but maybe those reviews were deleted because of excess profanity used to describe the aweful customer service (especially from the owner, oddly enough) that you're sure to expect there. Please, don't give this store your business. Our neighborhood deserves better. Maybe corporate can step in soon to ensure the franchise is being run by someone more capable and personable. I would hope that UPS has a system in place to remedy this unfortunate situation.By Dave King, September 18, 2017
