  I had a bad experience. I asked to open my watch, because moisture get inside. I was told that better do not open, just move crown and put it under the heat. They promised it will take 2 days. After two days watch was not ready and after 7 days I have got my watch back. I was told that the watch is dry. As soon as I have got outside I saw the moisture appeared inside the watch. Couple days later I went to another store. Lady told me that crown is broken. $500 watch was destroyed. I didn't notice it right away, but I haven't done anything with watch after I picked up fro Broer Freeman.

  I took my mother's engagement ring there to be sized, as she gave it to me for my 50th birthday. After it was returned to me, the band split while I was wearing it. I felt it rubbing against my finger while I was at dinner and looked down to see a chunk of the band missing. I was horrified. Although the ring has a monetary value, it is a priceless family heirloom that I am privileged to own. They repaired it but it still looks unstable. They offered no refund and said they had never seen anything like it - not a comforting statement! My family has purchased many jewelry pieces there over the years. I understand mistakes happen but I don't think they found the issue as serious as I did. If I would have lost this ring my entire family would have been devastated, especially my mother who is 80 years old. Very disappointed!!!
