  Avoid this place at all cost. I recently did an installment loan with them and the girl explained the whole thing completely wrong to me saying I had X amount of paments and insted of saying your final payment is this ammount she told me with your last payment it would be my total ammount paid back. I want you to make my last payment only to find out that I owed a couple of hundred dollars still when I told them I didn't have the money I was going to work out payment arrangements with the lender NCP which I was they deposited the check into my account regardless after they said they would let me make arrangements over drawing my account.

  I came in to cash a check and the tellers name was Deborah and she made it the worst experience ever. Because of her my friends or myself will be returning. She was very rude very snappy with me and talked down to me like my business meant nothing to her. I will not be back

  Most of the employees hate life. Seriously, get a new job if you cant work in customer service. Trust me when I say most customers don't come in bc we have too! No one wants to pay ridiculously high interest, and deal with rude workers in a semi clean, and dull looking building next to a drug paraphernalia shack. That being said... I shouldn't have to get an attitude from crap employees if my loan is 2 days late. Sorry, couldn't make it before you closed, jerks. I tried to call and pay over the phone, and was told I would have to pay a $5 fee! Eff that Checksmart! I hope Uncle Sam closes you down! Tip of the day: Checksmart, you should really consider not killing an entire rainforest of trees in one visit. Wtf? The paperwork is ridiculous! Have a great day! Nevermind, you wont.
