- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would leave zero stars if I could. Most of the people working the phones have a bad attitude and are rude! I dread calling. They don't tell you anything. Everything takes months to process. Constantly being told to call back in 4-6 wks to then be told to call back in 4-6 wks. Told to use CS website, but when asking questions via portal, nothing gets answered. I asked if CS received my ex's new job info, the response I received 24 hrs later was, "check your card." Seriously? Everyone I talk to has the same issues. My ex says he has money taken out of his checks months before I receive any pymt. Where is this supposed money going bc I don't see it?!? I never get back CS from his income taxes or extra money. He owes THOUSANDS!! I wish I had a gov't job where it is acceptable to be rude, disconnect clients, lie, AND receive a paycheck and benefits. CS receives pymt for treating me like a criminal!By Erin Donnally, March 27, 2017
